萊州市皓博機械廠，位于美麗的膠東半島煙臺市萊州，這里依山傍水，風(fēng)景優(yōu)美，氣候宜人，交通便利。**生產(chǎn)剎車盤，剎車鼓，產(chǎn)品數(shù)量多達一千多種，并常年對外承接鑄造、機加工業(yè)務(wù)。我公司于1996年建廠，占地3000畝，月生產(chǎn)能力約400噸（美），產(chǎn)品銷往歐洲中東北美等，產(chǎn)品受到客戶一致**，產(chǎn)品通過ISO9001質(zhì)量體系認證。我們擁有鑄造車間、加工車間、質(zhì)量檢測車間、成品包裝車間，從毛坯生產(chǎn)到產(chǎn)品出口，我們嚴格控制每一個加工生產(chǎn)工序，關(guān)注每一個服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)，且實行了標準化管理和嚴格的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理，工藝**、檢測完備、質(zhì)量**，使我們的產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定、****、價格優(yōu)惠。

• 剎車盤簡介

  剎車目前有盤剎和鼓剎，(剎車盤)老一些的車很多都是前盤后鼓的?，F(xiàn)在的車很多前后都是盤剎的。因為盤剎較鼓剎的散熱好，在高速制動狀態(tài)下，不容易產(chǎn)生熱衰退，所以其高速制動效果好。但在低速冷閘時，制動效果不如鼓剎。價格比鼓剎貴。所以現(xiàn)在很多中**轎車采用全盤剎，而普通轎車采用前盤后鼓，而相對低速，且需要制動力大的卡車、巴士，仍采用鼓剎。
