The EV12AQ600 from Teledyne e2v is a quad-core, multi-channel 12-bit ADC. It features a Cross Point Switch (CPS), which allows the device to operate its four cores simultaneously, independently or paired, to assign its 6 GSps sampling speed across the user&rsquos desired channel count i.e. 1.5 GSps (Giga Sample per second) in quad-channel mode, 3 GSps in dual-channel mode or 6 GSps in single-channel mode. The ADC is available in a package that measures 16 x 16 mm and is ideal for ultra-wideband microwave backhaul systems, data acquisition systems and test and measurement applications. A radiation-tolerant version is also available making it suitable for space applications
