單組式伸縮縫主要材料：鋼質(zhì)邊梁：采用16Mn的鋼軋制，部面呈c形。橡膠密封條：采用氯丁橡膠制造，具有良好的耐老化、耐撓性能。

選定伸縮縫規(guī)格尺寸選定伸縮縫的規(guī)格尺寸與使用壽命關(guān)系很大，在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)考慮足夠的伸縮富余量。當(dāng)橋梁位移方向與伸縮縫中心線正交時(shí)，選用伸縮縫規(guī)格比較*，但橋梁位移方向與伸縮縫中心斜交時(shí)，須分解成平行與垂直于中心線的兩個(gè)矢量，選用伸縮縫規(guī)格取決于兩個(gè)矢量當(dāng)中的一個(gè)。與接縫平行的矢量：△Lp=△L.cosβ；與接縫垂直的矢量：△Lr=△Lr.sinβ式中：表示橋梁位移的總變形量；為位移方向與接縫方向的交角β=45゜∽135°△Lr是選用伸縮縫規(guī)格的依據(jù)，△Lp的變形一般由橡膠密封條的水平錯(cuò)動(dòng)老完成，對(duì)伸縮縫的選用無太大的影響。

GQF-C型伸縮縫是在本廠制造并組裝，若整條伸縮縫**長(zhǎng)不能運(yùn)輸或工程需分段施工，需在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接一體后，再組裝橡膠密封條。

（1）伸縮縫預(yù)留槽口、在澆筑擬安裝伸縮縫的梁體、橋臺(tái)時(shí)，在端部預(yù)留符合安裝尺寸的槽口、推薦尺寸見表1。表1單位mm固錨件型式槽口寬度（b）槽口深度（h）錨栓≥35080∽120錨環(huán)≥35080∽120錨板≥350≥150注：特殊設(shè)計(jì)另定

（2）預(yù)埋鋼筋設(shè)置：在澆筑梁體或橋臺(tái)時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)置預(yù)埋鋼筋。預(yù)埋深度不小于50cm，并與梁體、橋臺(tái)內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)鋼筋連接一體；間距尺寸為20cm應(yīng)和伸縮縫錨固件保持一致。

（4）調(diào)節(jié)伸縮縫定位尺寸“J”，根據(jù)安裝時(shí)氣溫計(jì)算正確，調(diào)節(jié)后，瑣緊定位壓板。

（5）用發(fā)泡塑料板嵌入梁端間隙內(nèi)，其上部與伸縮縫鋼梁內(nèi)側(cè)密合，盡量達(dá)到密封，防止?jié)仓炷習(xí)r出現(xiàn)漏漿、空洞。

Installation of single group expansion joint of bridge
（1）伸縮縫吊裝就位，檢查其中線線與梁縫中心線是否重合，其**面與路面標(biāo)高是否一致，及時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

（2）將預(yù)娩鋼筋和伸縮縫錨固件焊接牢固，再橫穿12或16水平鋼筋。

（3）立即拆除伸縮縫定位壓板，鏨去定位螺絲，并用角向砂輪磨去焊疤，補(bǔ)上油漆。

（4）用膠粘紙帶或木板密封伸縮縫**面縫口，在槽口部位即澆筑50號(hào)混凝土；用插入式振動(dòng)棒，充分振搗密實(shí)。

（5）抹平混凝土過度段表面。用直尺檢查伸縮縫**面、過度段，應(yīng)盡量與路面平順。做好混凝土養(yǎng)生后方可通車。
