ATEX防爆認(rèn)證介紹

一、什么是ATEX防爆認(rèn)證

1994年3月23日，歐洲**采用了“潛在爆炸環(huán)境用的設(shè)備及保護(hù)系統(tǒng)”(94/9/EC)指令。2016年4月20日，歐盟**通過了新的ATEX防爆指令2014/34/EU,這個(gè)指令覆蓋了礦井及非礦井設(shè)備，包括了機(jī)械設(shè)備及電氣設(shè)備，把潛在爆炸危險(xiǎn)環(huán)境擴(kuò)展到空氣中的粉塵及可燃性氣體、可燃性蒸氣與薄霧。它規(guī)定了擬用于潛在爆炸性環(huán)境的設(shè)備要應(yīng)用的技術(shù)要求——基本健康與安全要求和設(shè)備在其使用范圍內(nèi)投放到歐洲市場(chǎng)前必須采用的合格評(píng)定程序。

該指令適用的設(shè)備范圍特別大，包括固定的海上平臺(tái)、石化廠、面粉磨坊以及其他可能存在潛在爆炸性環(huán)境的場(chǎng)所適用的設(shè)備。

希望進(jìn)入歐洲并在歐洲銷售爆炸性環(huán)境用產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商必須證明其產(chǎn)品符合ATEX指令2014/34/EU。

二、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ATEX指令產(chǎn)品標(biāo)志

擬用于潛在爆炸性環(huán)境的產(chǎn)品在歐盟進(jìn)行出售前必須貼附*特社區(qū)標(biāo)志（六角形的防爆標(biāo)志）和CE標(biāo)識(shí)。
