此次執(zhí)法檢查的范圍是全省鋼鐵、煤炭行業(yè)企業(yè)。檢查的內容主要是：鋼鐵行業(yè)淘汰落后產(chǎn)能和化解過剩產(chǎn)能中已明確淘汰和關停的設備是否死灰復燃、違規(guī)生產(chǎn)情況；企業(yè)環(huán)評報告、環(huán)評審批、“三同時”驗收、排污許可證等環(huán)保審批情況；除塵、脫硫、脫硝等主要污染治理設施建設、運行情況；自動監(jiān)控設施是否按規(guī)定運行；2015年以來企業(yè)接受監(jiān)管和行政處罰情況。
