內(nèi)整平設(shè)備的全稱叫做在線管材內(nèi)外焊縫整平設(shè)備，較為簡潔的稱呼是：內(nèi)整平，也有人稱之為HZP。內(nèi)整平設(shè)備是一個(gè)內(nèi)置芯棒并利用軋輥對管材進(jìn)行滾壓的往復(fù)式自動(dòng)滾壓裝置，通過控制滾壓強(qiáng)度和道次以達(dá)到內(nèi)外焊縫整平、徹底去除內(nèi)外焊縫余高且與母材平滑過渡，就是實(shí)現(xiàn)焊管的無縫化。該設(shè)備被廣泛應(yīng)用于衛(wèi)生級流體管、衛(wèi)浴管、石油化工管道等行業(yè)的精密管件制造。
