本相序、缺相保護器是一種應用大規(guī)模數(shù)字集成電路、無變壓器設計的高科技新型**產(chǎn)品(少見生產(chǎn)，如有雷同純屬仿冒)。通用性強(3Ph 220V~380V~460V 50Hz/60Hz均可使用)，體積**小，外觀非常漂亮，是取代老式相序保護器(如XJ3系列)和出口配套較理想的產(chǎn)品。­

    利用IC檢測電源的波形、相位，判斷電源是否異常。在電機等感性負載運行時的一相或二相斷路、短路、反相時，能**進行判斷，并輸出繼電保護，其保護功能不受線路或負載電流大小、沖擊電流、不平衡電流和負載性質(zhì)的影響，實現(xiàn)全性能、全氣候長期工作，確保電器、電機正常穩(wěn)定工作狀態(tài)。­

一、保護特點  Characteristics of protection­

1.動態(tài)缺相、靜態(tài)缺相保護：指被保護設備在運行狀態(tài)或非運行狀態(tài)時，任意一相發(fā)生斷相故障。指示燈形式為：紅燈亮，并**；­

Phase loss protection: It means that any phase occurs phase loss when the protected circuit is in running or stopping status. In this case, the red indicator light will be lighted and be priority.­

2.錯相保護：防止L1、L2、L3三相交流電源相序接錯的一種保護措施。即時動作。指示燈形式為：黃燈亮；­

Phase opposite protection: It is a safeguard acting immediately, which protects L1, L2, and L3 three phase against wrong connection sequence. In this case, the yellow indicator light will be lighted.­

3.電壓不平衡保護：指三相電壓不平衡將會影響設備安全運行的一種電壓不平衡率的保護。電壓不平衡率**8%時。指示燈形式為：缺相紅燈亮，并**；­

Voltage imbalance protection: While a protection of voltage imbalance rate > 8%, the imbalance of three phase voltage will affect the safe running of the equipment. In this case that there is a phase losing, the red indicator light will be lighted and be priority.­

4.延時保護：有故障出現(xiàn)時監(jiān)視器延時1~2秒后動作，繼電器釋放；­

Delay protection：When the fault happens, the monitor will delay 1~2 seconds to act and release.­

二、性能特點  Characteristics of performance­

1.監(jiān)視器的保護功能不受線路或負載的電流大小，沖擊電流、不平衡電流和負載性質(zhì)的影響。能夠全性能、全氣候長期工作。功耗不大于2W；­

The protection functions of relay don’t be affected by current intensity of circuit or load, impulse current, imbalance current and load characteristic. The relay could long term work under full capability and full climate. Power consumption is lower than 2W.­

2.用于電機保護時對電機接線方式無要求；­

There is no requirement for connecting method when it is used in protection of motor.­

3.本產(chǎn)品符合GB/T 14048.1-2000、GB14048.5-2001 eqv IEC60947-1:1999；­

This product measures up GB/T 14048.1-2000、GB14048.5-2001 eqv IEC60947-1:1999.­

4.本產(chǎn)品的EMC符合GB4343-1995的無線電干擾特性測量方法和允許值；­

The EMC of the product measures up the limits and methods of measurement of radio disturbance characteristics of GB4343-1995.­

三、工作特點  Characteristics of working­

1.L1、L2、L3三相接線正確，監(jiān)視器綠燈亮，繼電器吸合；如果相序接錯，監(jiān)視器黃燈亮，只要交換L1、L2、L3三相中的任意兩相，監(jiān)視器就能認定該相序并正常工作。當被保護的設備正常工作后出現(xiàn)黃燈亮，繼電器不吸合時，應視為外線路相序誤接，監(jiān)視器具有防誤接保護功能；­

If the connection of L1, L2 and L3 phases are right, the green light of the relay illuminates and the relay closes. If they are wrong, the yellow light of the relay illuminates. Exchanging any two of them, the relay will accept the phase sequence and begin to work normally. In this case that there occurs yellow light illuminated and relay unclosed after the protected equipment works normally, it should be a wrong connection of external circuit. The relay has a function of protection against wrong connection.­

2.L1、L2、L3三相缺相時，紅燈亮，綠燈不亮，繼電器釋放；電壓正常時恢復，綠燈亮，繼電器吸合；­

While any of these L1, L2 and L3 phases is Na phase, the red light is lighted with the unlighted green light and the released relay. While the voltage come back to normal, it will recover immediately with lighted green light and closed relay.­

3.L1、L2、L3接三相交流電壓，NO、COM為常開觸點；NC、COM為常閉觸點。直接使用導線連接接線端子；­

L1, L2 and L3 connect with three phase AC. NO, COM are normally open contact point and NC, COM are normally closed contact point. Use lead to connect terminal directly.­
