關(guān)于小型空調(diào)設(shè)備的重要公告，該公告影響涉及到所有制造商和進口商，內(nèi)容如下：

We have been advised by the Department of Climate Change that from 1 July 2024, Australia will ban the import and manufacture of small air conditioning equipment using refrigerant with a global warming potential (GWP) over 750. The ban will apply to equipment designed to use refrigerant over 750 GWP, even if the equipment is imported without refrigerant.

我司接到氣候變化部門的通知，從2024年7月1號起，澳大利亞將禁止進口和生產(chǎn)其制冷劑變暖潛力指數(shù)（GWP）750的小型空調(diào)設(shè)備. 該禁令針對設(shè)計成可使用750GWP的設(shè)備，即使該設(shè)備在進口到澳大利亞時并不含有制冷劑.

This ban targets equipment designed to heat or cool a stationary space (mainly for human comfort), such as the window units or non-ducted split systems, that would hold a charge of up to 2.6kg of refrigerant.

該禁令針對設(shè)計來用于加熱或冷卻一限定空間（主要用于提高人體舒適感）的設(shè)備, 例如可以使用高達2.6kg冷凍劑的窗式或分體式裝置.

Exempt from ban:

禁令豁免類設(shè)備：

Refrigerators 冰箱

Cars 汽車

Airconditioning systems in caravans or boats 房車或船只上的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)

The move is not unexpected, coming after a consultation with industry in 2021 on a proposed ban. Such a measure would speed up the transition away from gas with higher GWP value such as R410A (GWP of 2,088), to gas with lower GWP value such as R32 (GWP of 675). Existing certificates are unaffected. However, we advise manufacturers to begin to get ready for the ban.
